ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2023 and is a growing team of two with a strong focus on building something meaningful from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm corporate and completed the Agent Aspirant program. I also come from a State Farm family, which helped shape my passion for the business early on.

I grew up in a Midwest farm town and come from a big family. Outside of work, I’m very involved in music - I play guitar, sing, and enjoy staying active with sports like basketball.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Austin Grusy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
