Our State Farm agency in Boulder is growing, and we need a high-energy, whip-smart Customer Care Manager who treats every phone call like an opportunity to make someone’s day. If you are naturally confident, genuinely passionate about helping people, and possess an infectious "can-do" attitude, we want to meet you.

The Role
You are the face (and voice) of our agency. Your mission is to provide "Red Carpet" service to our policyholders while keeping your ears open for ways we can better protect their futures.

What you’ll do:
  • Connect: Answer phones with a genuine smile and handle customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and warmth.
  • Build Culture: Bring life and energy to the office every day. We want an encourager who lifts up their teammates.
  • Listen & Pivot: Use your "people person" intuition to identify gaps in coverage. You’ll master the art of pivoting service conversations into Life and Health insurance discovery.
  • Drive Growth: This isn't a "clock-in, clock-out" job. You’ll have the drive to hit sales goals and the hunger to earn uncapped commissions.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
  • A track record of being a positive influence in previous workplaces.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
